Lifelong Learning Payap presents Mindful Sashiko Hand-Stitching, a beginner-friendly workshop exploring the connection between traditional Japanese Sashiko stitching and the hand-stitching traditions of Thailand’s hill tribe communities. Learn simple hand-sewing techniques while creating your own unique piece, and enjoy the mindfulness, relaxation, and creativity of slow stitching. Guided by Malee from the Integrated Tribal Development Foundation, the workshop also celebrates traditional craftsmanship and local knowledge.
