Join us every Saturday, at 7.30 AM for Slow + Social Run starting opposite Living a Dream Cafe on the CMU campus. We'll enjoy a steady 20–25 minute jog, followed by coffee and food together afterwards. The pace is suitable for beginners through to more experienced runners, with everyone encouraged to run at their own comfortable pace and distance.
