Chiang Mai Birders - Mae Hia 7.00am The Mae Hia campus is part of Chiang Mai University and consists of agricultural land, grassland, scrub, ponds and woodland. It is very close to Chiang Mai and a good place to see open country species as well as some waterbirds and woodland birds. Meet at 7.00am at the Mae Hia campus (exact meeting place will be forwarded to participants) Duration: Birding up to about 10.30 am. We will reconvene at Fernpresso (on the Mae Hia Campus) for coffee/lunch for those who wish. To register: email [email protected]
