We’ll then pour five Massolino wines, from Chardonnay and Nebbiolo to Barbaresco, Barolo and Moscato. Each is paired with a Piedmontese-inspired course, including homemade tajarin and a Wagyu beef brasato al Barolo. Franco will join us to share the story behind each wine and his Family.
